Delivery Information

Delivery rates and time scales

Delivery is free of charge and fully insured. Each piece is made to order and hallmarked independently: total time from order to delivery is 5 to 7 working days.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Bank holidays, included but not limited to Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday, may add an extra day onto delivery time, subject to the opening hours of FedEx and/or Royal Mail. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All orders are sent by insured delivery and a signature will be required at the door.

Information on order tracking

You will receive tracking numbers by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Missed delivery, delivery cancellations and amendments

If somebody is not present, a card will be left and a re-delivery can be arranged, or the order can be collected from the nearest depot, collection point or sorting office.

Returns Policy

Returns principles & process

If you are unhappy with the item you have purchased then you can return it to us for a full refund, replacement or exchange, as long as you notify us of this within 30 days of receiving the item. We will only accept returned items if they are in unworn condition and complete with tags.

It is your responsibility to ensure the returned item or items arrive safely with us. We therefore recommend that any items returned to us are sent with insurance and tracking. QP Jewellers do not accept responsibility for lost packages during transit to our return department.

Charges for returns

Goods which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in resalable condition must be returned at your expense. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and therefore we recommend using an insured postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) or courier. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us.

If the item to be returned has a defect or is damaged on arrival, and is being returned for a replacement item, we will cover the postage costs by way of an immediate refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for purchase.

All goods must be returned complete with all tags, paperwork and boxes.

Information on exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different item of the same or higher value, please contact us within 30 days from receipt of the goods. You can contact us by telephone or by using the contact form prior to return. Our Customer Services team will respond to your query promptly to arrange return of the goods. You can then make additional payment for the exchange if there is an extra amount to pay. In the event of a general exchange it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us safely and in brand new, unused condition. Goods are to be returned at your expense.
