Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
We use a number of differnet couriers depending on the size and weight of the goods in order to get our items to you as quickly as possible. Where tracking numbers are available we will supply these by email.
We ship items Monday - Friday.
Delivery locations and exceptions
Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are UK and respective country Bank Holidays. Please also allow additional days in extreme/uncontrollable circumstances i.e. extreme weather conditions etc.
Next day delivery excludes those products delivered directly from the manufacturer.
While we will make every endeavour to deliver your products on time, we cannot accept liability for any incidental expenses caused by late, failed or damaged deliveries, or for any damage caused to property while delivering or installing your goods or any loss of earnings.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Most of our items will require a signature, where possible we will let you know about those items so that you can arrange to be available for delivery.
If we try to deliver and you are not available our courier will leave a calling card to advise you about what to do next. Most of our couriers will attempt a further delivery before the items are returned to us and you may be able to pick up your item from your local depot if this is more convenient. If you would like us to help rearrange your delivery, please let us know.
