The Panasonic TX-P42UT30B is a feature packed 3D TV that lets you enjoy your favourite programmes, movies and games in full 1080p high definition. The TV comes with a native contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1 and a sub field drive intelligent frame creation Pro picture enhancement engine. With a 600Hz picture frequency to give you excellent pictures with zero motion blur with an ultra sharp response, ideal for watching sports and action movies. The 42" plasma screen can be enjoyed from any viewing angle, and 3D image viewer glasses help to create perfect 3D images. This TV comes with 24p smooth film playback that plays movies at their original speed, keeping the pictures and dialogue in sync. Additionally, there is a memory card slot that allows you to play JPEG, MP3 and movies that you have recorded on your digital camera. If you want to go online, you can use Viera Connect to visit social networking sites such as YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. The TX-P42UT30B comes with 3 HDMI connections and 1 SCART socket to link up with other peripheral devices. It has a 7 day electronic programme guide that allows you to look ahead as to what is coming up in the week ahead, so that you can record your favourite programmes when you are out, allowing you to watch them later. Picture in picture enables you to carry on watching a programme whilst you are setting the Freeview HD.
