Restaurant Nathan Outlaw opened in Fowey, Cornwall, in 2007, and for three years was judged best restaurant in Cornwall. In 2009, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw moved to the St Enodoc Hotel in Rock, where he also opened a second, less formal restaurant, the Seafood 'Bar and Grill.
