Sharing our wisdom
Founded by an experienced vet, we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service and the highest quality pet products out on the market.
Mr Pets was set up by a practicing veterinary surgeon who regularly saw animals suffering simply because pet owners could not afford effective flea and worm treatments.
To put an end to this suffering, Mr Pets began to supply quality products, including Frontline Spot On and Drontal, at a fraction of high street and veterinary prices. We only sell products we would use ourselves, and avoid cheap,ineffective treatments which are notorious for actually being harmful to pets.
In pursuit of pet happiness, we only stock trusted, leading brands such as Frontline Spot On, Drontal and Advantage Spot On. On top of this, sound veterinary advice is always on hand from one of our fully trained staff members.
Here's to Health and Happiness
Because we know there is more to a pet's happiness than a clean bill of health, we also stock tail-wag inducing toys such as Kong and Nina Ottosson. You can keep your pet's calm during stressful times with Feliway and Adaptil, and we have everything you need for a walk in the gret outdoors with Clix, Flexi and Halti harnesses and leads.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
Standard Delivery is via Royal Mail standard post (unrecorded service).

Delivery locations and exceptions
We ship to the UK mainland (eg England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland, please note that we are unable to deliver food items to the Scottish Highlands.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Delivery is via Royal Mail standard post and delivery signature is not required.
In the case that a delivery is missed and returned to us our policy is to either attempt to resend the delivery or provide a full refund for the item.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Please note that we are only able to accept returns that are in an unused condition within their original packaging, food/medicinal items must be unopened upon return for Health & Safety reasons.
Charges for returns
Full refunds will be processed upon receipt of your returned item, in the case of unwanted/unsutiable goods we do ask customers to cover the return charge, please note that Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect goods may be eligilbe for pre-paid delivery in the form of a pre-paid returns label.
In the case that a an item is not returnable through domestic couriers (such as Royal Mail) we can offer collection through DPD available at approx £9.89
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
When making a return, please include details of order number, your name and reason for returning the item.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
In the case that a prodcct develops a fault within it's warranty period please contact our customer services team with the details in our contact section to arrange a replacement.
