Charges for returns
We provide a returns label with all orders. If you return an unwanted item by post to be refunded, a charge of £3 will be deducted from your total refund. If your item is faulty, mislabelled, not as described or we have sent you the wrong thing, you can send this back to us free of charge. We offer FREE exchanges within the UK.
The estimated cost when returning items is £3. For exchanges it is free.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Please use the returns label included with your dispatch note and take your parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office. Our label provides a tracked service - please keep a copy of your postage receipt.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
Unless otherwise stated, all our products have a 12-month guarantee. One of our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
