At Mountain Warehouse we have been developing the very best outdoor gear for all the family since 1997.
Unlike other outdoor retailers, we don’t carry lots of different brands. In fact, almost all the products we sell through our stores and website are exclusive to Mountain Warehouse – you won’t find them anywhere else.
Why do we do this? Well, by designing our own top quality products and having them made to our exacting standards, we can cut out the middleman. So that means you get the exact same quality, but at significantly lower prices than you’ll find at other shops.
We have well located and well stocked stores where you and your family can get straightforward advice from our knowledgeable, friendly staff. In most of our stores you can even bring your dog in too! Orders received before 1.00pm Monday-Friday, will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the following working day. Working days are Monday - Friday.
If you have requested standard delivery please allow 3 - 4 working days for delivery.
Please note any order placed after 1.00pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.
If you would like to return an item, it must be within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for a refund more than 30 days after you have received the item unless the item is faulty, mislabelled or incorrectly described.
To return the goods directly to our warehouse please send them to: MOUNTAIN WAREHOUSE RETURNS, ANCHOR WORKS, HOLME LANE, BRADFORD, BD4 6NA. We will include a returns form with your delivery which you should send with the goods if you are returning them to our warehouse.
The goods must be returned at your cost. We recommend that you use the Collect+ Label included in your delivery. The cost of this service is £3, which will be deducted from your refund – but exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour are free of charge.
We are unable to refund any costs incurred unless the item is proven to be faulty, or we have sent you an incorrect item. If you have been sent the incorrect item or your item is faulty, you will be refunded up to £4.50 for the cost of your return by post. Products must be in their original packaging and in an unworn/unused condition. In the case of footwear, this means that the footwear must not have been worn outside or treated in any way. If your item is faulty and more than 30 days have passed, please contact us. We cannot refund any costs incurred for using 'Special' or 'Express' services.
Alternatively you may find it more convenient to return or exchange an item at any Mountain Warehouse store.
You will need to bring along the dispatch and confirmation email in addition to the payment card used to purchase the goods. Please note that the range available in store may differ from that on the website so please telephone ahead to check the availability of a specific item should you require an exchange.
