The Smith guide rods feature safety stops, allowing you to maximize your weight load while reducing your risk of injury. The 5-position bench, when used with the Smith cage, enables you to perform a multitude of upper body exercises such as incline, decline, and flat chest presses as well as shoulder press exercises. Set the bench aside and utilize the cage to perform a variety of free-weight exercises using a 7 ft Olympic bar and weights (sold separately). Bar and safety catches on the outside of the cage frame allow you to adjust the weight bar at various heights.
