The ER2000D is a dual action elliptical trainer. It uses a 5kg flywheel with an 8-level magnetic resistance system to provide you with variable resistance depending upon your fitness level and goals. It has a maximum user weight of 120kg. There are transportation wheels that you can use when you are positioning and setting up this cross trainer in your home. This cross trainer features a workout computer that gives you all the relevant information you need. Including calories burnt, total time spent working, speed and the distance travelled. There are also pulse sensors running down the grips of the handlebars to monitor your heart rate. It comes in a simple design, which means that there is little that can go wrong with this piece of home fitness equipment.
