Lakeland Furniture specialises in reproductions of modern design classics as well as carrying an extensive range of the UK's best value bar stools, dining chairs, office chairs, tables and furnishing accessories. Rather than run shops, we source these items direct from the factories and hold them in our warehouse. This enables us to keep our overheads low and pass on these savings to our customers. We concentrate on specific ranges so we can find the best quality and deliver the best prices.
Our aims are to provide our customers with an exciting range of good quality furniture items at an unbeatable price, to help them find the right furniture to suit their tastes and needs, and to back this up with exceptional customer service.We value all the feedback that we receive, good or not so good. Items are dispatched using DPD, Parcelforce and our own delivery vans.

Delivery locations and exceptions
We dispatch to all mainland UK and offshore. Some large items such as marquees, grass & tables cannot be delivered off shore or to Scottish Highlands.
Requirements to sign for delivery
All deliveries require a signature.
In the event of a missed delivery you will be left a calling card with instructions of how to rearrange the delivery.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy .
Charges for returns
If the item is not right for you we can arrange the collection for you at £10 or you can arrange the return yourself.
Collection of unwanted items is charged at £10.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Please email us to arrange a return and we will send RMA form to complete.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
In case of a faulty item please email us and we will arrange to collect and replace.
