Author's Biography

Iain Spragg has written or co-written many books on sport and general interest topics. He is well qualified to write on the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games as he has worked with the press agency that produced media releases for London 2012 and with sporting legends such as Sir Roger Bannister. In addition he has provided editorial content for Channel 4's soon to be online Paralympics website. He is based in London. Adrian Clarke is now a freelance sports writer, contributing to a number of national newspapers in the UK. A former professional footballer, starting his career with Arsenal, he made almost 100 appearances in the Football League before retiring. He has also written or co-written a number of books on sport and other general interest subjects.
