Returns principles & process:
Jewelco London guarantees jewellery against manufacturing fault for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. Any modifications made, such as engraving, resizing, etc. will invalidate the guarantee.
We do not guarantee jewellery that has been worn inappropriately or dented. Care is taken to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.
Please retain your delivery note as proof of purchase.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, Jewelco London will offer you a refund, providing it is returned within 7 days after the delivery date on strict condition that it is returned unworn in its original packaging, enclosing a copy of the delivery note. Regretfully postage cannot be refunded.

Please ensure items are packed appropriately and the correct postage paid, to avoid damage or delay. Jewelco London is not responsible for items lost, tampered with or damaged in the post when being returned for exchange, repair or credit. To ensure your jewellery is covered please use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Bespoke, Made to Order Jewellery, such as Wedding Rings, Nameplates, Initial Rings, or any other modified Jewellery, will not be accepted for return, due to the unique nature of the product, unless they are faulty. Please contact our service desk for more information.
