That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.
We cannot accept returns for bespoke items, such as wedding rings, name plates, and for hygiene reasons, earrings or body jewellery which have been tried on.
Charges for returns
Jewelco London are unable to offer free returns for change of mind, although this does not affect faulty goods
We suggest using tracked post when returning goods.
If you change your mind about an item please, return it with all original components and packaging, including delivery note.

'We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item. Outside of the first 28 days we will issue a replacement or repair the item.
