Click & Collect FREE Order by 12pm (Monday-Friday) and collect in store next day
Express delivery FREE or £7.95 Order by 12pm (Monday-Friday) for next day delivery
Standard delivery(small Items) Free Order by 12pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 2-5 days
Standard delivery(Large Items) Free Order by 12pm (Monday-Friday) for delivery within 7 days

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Is your purchase not quite right?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy page.

We cannot accept returns for bespoke items, such as wedding rings, name plates, and for hygiene reasons, earrings or body jewellery which have been tried on.

Charges for returns

Jewelco London are unable to offer free returns for change of mind, although this does not affect faulty goods

We suggest using tracked post when returning goods.

Returns guidelines

If you change your mind about an item please, return it with all original components and packaging, including delivery note.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

'We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item. Outside of the first 28 days we will issue a replacement or repair the item.
