JB's Music offer high street service with the best internet prices. Our purpose built store has all the popular products on display and our friendly helpful staff are always keen to offer expert advice. You can purchase in store, from our website, or from our third party partners Tesco direct, where you will receive the same expert care and service. We are approved sellers for all products we sell and this includes full UK warranty and service back up for full peace of mind in-store or online shopping.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
We send our Large Items by DPD, or Royal Mail Signed For, for smaller packages.
We ship orders from Monday - Friday.

We deliver to all UK Addresses.
Requirements to sign for delivery
A signature Is required for orders.
If you are not available to sign, items will be returned to the local depot and a card will be left for you with contact details.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page .
Charges for returns
You are responsible for cost and safe return of your items, should you change your mind.
Cost of returning items should be no more than £10.00 per box.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
