Dietary deficiency of Iron is the most prevalent mineral deficiency in the world today according to information supplied by the World Health Organisation. All ages and both sexes have been shown to be at risk but especially women of child bearing age. This product is essentially an iron supplement formulated to help ensure maximum absorption and utilisation. Contra Indications: to be used when clinically required. Contra-indicated in cases of haemachromatosis - a common inherited condition where there is a failure of regulation in iron absorption from the small intestine.
