The 4 handsets in the iDECT K2i quad telephone set each shows this phone’s blend of up-to-the-minute functionality and style. The numbers are impressive: dialling out, you have 9 speed-dial slots available, with a 10-item number memory and last number redial facility. The speakerphone lets you talk hands-free. Incoming is just as fully functional. If you can’t take the call immediately, the built-in digital answerphone has 15 minutes of recording time for messages for you, and a back-lit message-counter display. The display stores information on the last 40 calls, whilst the contact address book feature of the iDECT K2i has room for up to a hundred names and numbers. Talktime extends to 10 hours on a single charge, with 100 hours on standby. The matching base station charges the phone while it’s positioned on the cradle and supports the handsets up to 300 metres away.
