Author's Biography

Lynley Dodd is an award-winning authorillustrator who lives in New Zealand. She is enormously popular, loved for the humour and rhyme in her stories of the memorable Hairy Maclary and his friends - and enemies! She worked as a teacher before beginning to write her own books in 1974.
