This Golds Gym multi-purpose fitness mat gives you a comfortable mat to perform home based workouts. You will be able to exercise in the privacy of your home, performing bodyweight exercises, yoga or Pilates. A black, multi-purpose fitness mat with comfortable, 10mm thick padding to cushion your body from the hard floor, you will be able to carry out your fitness routines in comfort. The mat gives you a 120x60cm workout area, and is made out of an easy clean, nylon/PVC cover, simply wipe it clean when it needs cleaning. The Golds Gym fitness mat can be folded away for storage and has a carry strap that allows you to carry the mat with you to the gym.
