Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re- saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Charges for returns* If goods are returned within 7 days of receipt then a full refund will be given if the goods are sent back in a saleable condition. If it is over 7 days then we will deduct our original shipping fees.
