About us

Established in 1999 we are a UK based Toy Retailer born from a collectors passion of TY Beanie Babies we have branched out to supply all the latest toys and games. Our products range from collectable trading cards to the latest board games.

Delivery Information

Delivery rates and timescales* Standard speed orders are delivered with Royal Mail, normally within 3-5 days once they have left us. If you have ordered express delivery from Monday - Thursday then it will be dispatched by courier if ordered before 1pm for delivery next day. If ordered on Friday before 1pm then it will be delivered the next working day - Monday if it isn't a Bank Holiday.

Requirements to sign for delivery (if required)* If you have ordered Express delivery then it will be delivered with a courier who will require a signature to deliver the goods, please make sure someone will be there to sign for it.

Information on order tracking

Missed Delivery, Delivery cancellations and amendments* If a delivery is missed then our courier will try to deliver the package the following day, if this is missed again then the goods will be returned to us where we will refund the order. If it has been sent by Royal Mail then a card will be left with instructions to the whereabouts of your package, it will normally be left at your local sorting office.

Returns Policy

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re- saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time.

Items Received In Error

If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

Charges for returns* If goods are returned within 7 days of receipt then a full refund will be given if the goods are sent back in a saleable condition. If it is over 7 days then we will deduct our original shipping fees.
