Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
Standard orders are delivered with Royal Mail, normally within 3-5 days once they have left us. If you have ordered express delivery from Monday - Friday then it will be dispatched by courier if ordered before 1pm for delivery the next day, providing the next day doesn't fall on a Bank Holiday.

Requirements to sign for delivery
If you have ordered Express delivery then it will be delivered with a courier who will require a signature to deliver the goods, please make sure someone will be there to sign for it.
If a delivery is missed then our courier will try to deliver the package the following day, if this is missed again then the goods will be returned to us where we will refund the order. If it has been sent by Royal Mail then a card will be left with instructions to the whereabouts of your package, it will normally be left at your local sorting office.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Charges for returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
All items can be returned by post.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Please make sure goods are suitable protect for transit back to our returns centre.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.
