If you are not happy with your item, send it back to us within 90 days of ordering and we’ll happily refund the value of the goods. Postage charges will not be refunded on unwanted items. To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unopened or unused in any way at all. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us.
If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. Fred Aldous Ltd will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

Unwanted goods - Customer pays return postage charges.
Damaged/Faulty goods - Customer pay return postage charges which are refunded by Fred Aldous on receipt of goods
Returns Packaging Guidelines
Customer must ensure packaging is suitable when goods are returned. Fred Aldous will not offer a refund for returns damaged in transit.
Customers wishing to exchange products are responsible for return postage charges and will be liable for postage charges to cover the delivery of the exchanged goods.
Express Deliveries & Courier Deliveries
Next day (Express) deliveries and deliveries sent via courier will need to be signed for at the point of delivery by the recipient.
Express deliveries will have tracking codes assigned and will be emailed to the customer once dispatched.
The customer must pay again for delivery if the initial attempt is missed by the customer. The customer can change or cancel the delivery at any point up to dispatch. Once dispatched deliveries can't be cancelled or changed.
