Matt Roberts is one of the world's most recognised and leading personal trainers, and is the name that is synonymous with training in the UK. Matt kick-started the personal training phenomenon by opening London's first exclusive one-to-one personal training centre in 1995. Now renowned as personal trainer to the stars, Matt is responsible for creating some of the most famous physiques in fashion, music, politics and industry, including Tom Ford, Naomi Campbell, John Galliano, Amanda Holden, Mel C and the Camerons.
