Handling time for orders is 1 day. We do aim to ship out your order the same day if we get the order before 2pm. We ship our products using Royal Mail Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

A: We deliver anywhere within the UK mainland.
Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Standard Delivery to UK addresses is £1.50.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
Q: Do you offer next day shipping?
A: We do not offer next day shipping at the moment.

A: If you would like to cancel your order please contact us at email@example.com. If your order has been dispatched it will not be possible to cancel it, but you will be able to return it for a refund.
Q: Can I change my order?

Q: Can I collect my order from a Tesco store?
A: We do not offer this service at the moment
Q: My item has not turned up, what can I do?
A: Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order details and we will do our best to help. Please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us.
If you are not happy with your item, you can send it back to us within 30 days of ordering and we’ll happily refund the value of the goods. To be eligible for a refund the goods must be unused. We must be able to resell the goods for full value once returned to us.
If returns arrive in poor or unsalable condition the refund will not be available. You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us. Willis Judd will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
Unwanted goods - Customer pays return postage charges.
Damaged/Faulty goods – Willis Judd will cover the postage charges
Returns Packaging Guidelines
The customer must ensure packaging is suitable when goods are returned.
Customers wishing to exchange a ring for a different size must contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org - Please tell us your order number and the size you require. We will check we have this in stock and then we can arrange sending this out to you. The customer will pay for the postage charges to send the ring to be exchanged back to us. Willis Judd will cover the postage costs to send the exchanged ring back out to the customer.
