Small Parcel
Small items are delivered by parcel couriers, such as DHL or UPS. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is dispatched. The package will usually be delivered the next day, but you can track the progress on the web by clicking on the link in your email.
Larger Parcel
Larger products that do not need specialist handling will be sent by a courier used to handling these products. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is dispatched. The package will usually be delivered the next working day, although it will take 3 days for the Highlands & Islands.
For future customers, listings will show both the time it takes before the item ships out and the transit time. Just add those two together, and you'll get the total estimated ship time. Easy!
Delivery Costs
Free Delivery! – These items dispatch for free.
Example: Lighting, rugs and cookware sets.
Free Delivery over £49 – These items dispatch for free when your order total is £49 or more.
Example: Dinnerware, pet products, toys and home décor.
Standard Delivery – These items are not eligible for free delivery (sorry!).
Example: Most tables, chairs, beds and mattresses.
Returns Policy
All Wayfair items sold on Tesco are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the full price of the item minus the return shipping costs. You may return your item for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. All you pay is the cost of shipping back to us. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please ccontact us. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.
Returns Policy: All returnable purchases ordered in November and December (2012) can be returned through January 31, 2013.
