Delivery Information Delivery Methods
Small Parcel Deliveries
Small items are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UK Mails, UPS or DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow the status of the delivery online at any time by simply clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.
The parcel will usually be delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Parcel Courier Deliveries
Heavier products that require a specialised 1-man delivery service are delivered by a parcel courier such as XDP or DSV.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number. The tracking link in the email will enable you to track the parcel online at any time. For your convenience, our couriers will send you a pre-delivery text message on the morning of the delivery. Please note that this service is only available to customer who provided us with a mobile phone number when placing the order.
Your parcel will usually be delivered within 1-3 business for addresses on the UK Mainland. For deliveries to extended shipping areas such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, the delivery may take additional 5-7 business days.
The parcel courier service offers front door delivery only. The couriers will not unpack or assemble the unit upon delivery.
Room of Choice Deliveries
Products that require specialised handling will be delivered by our 2-man delivery service such as Panther or XDP. This delivery service sends a fully trained and equipped delivery team to your residence who will then bring the item(s) to your room of choice.
Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will contain a tracking link which allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time. For your convenience our specialised 2-man delivery services will contact you one hour prior to delivery. In the event that you are unavailable to take delivery at the scheduled time, our 2-man couriers will leave a card for you to rearrange the delivery over the phone.
The delivery will usually take place within 2-7 business depending on location of the warehouse the item is dispatched from. For deliveries to extended shipping areas such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, the delivery may take additional 5-7 business days.
IMPORTANT: All of our couriers’ delivery from Monday to Friday ONLY. We do NOT offer a Saturday delivery service. Please note that the delivery offers provided by Tesco Direct do NOT apply to any Wayfair orders!
Free shipping applies to all items over £40.
For items under £40 we charge a standard shipping fee of £4.99 for deliveries to the UK Mainland. There is an additional charge for all deliveries to extended shipping areas such as the Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Please note that we are unable to offer combined shipping at this point. If the purchase includes more than one item under the value of £40, a standard shipping fee of £4.99 will still be applied.
Should you not be happy with the item(s) you purchased from Wayfair via Tesco Direct, you are free to return the purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that you are liable for the return shipping charge.
Once the item has been received back, we will process a full refund of the purchase amount. The returned item(s) need to be in original packaging and resalable condition; otherwise, additional charges may apply.
We cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Please note that custom made products cannot be returned; however, this will be clearly marked on the product page.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and would require a return as per our standard returns policy. Further, refused deliveries will also fall under our returns policy and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of your order.

Refunds for purchases from Wayfair via Tesco Direct will be processed by Wayfair and issued by Tesco Direct within 5-7 business days after a refund request has been made.
For customers who choose to pay with cash in store Tesco offers three refund options:

3) Gift card
