We are authorised stockist for the 80+ brands that we stock across fashion, classic and luxury categories. We are also proud to state that every item we show online is available in stock for next day delivery from our UK based distribution centre.

History of WatchWarehouse

WatchWarehouse is part of Peter Burrowes Ltd.  Having been founded in 1910 by watchmaker, Julian Lewis, 'Peter Burrowes Ltd' has continued its rich family tradition and heritage. Peter Burrowes became a private limited company being incorpated in 1939.

The company which now has its headquarters in the young and vibrant area of Camden Town, London, predominately concentrates on multi channel retailing and distribution of fashion, classic and luxury branded watches whilst providing an unbeatable and unique shopping journey and experience.

We will deliver your order to any address in the UK and Northern Ireland using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for Marketplace Standard and Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery for Marketplace Express. Both services we offer from Royal Mail provide proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery. Please remember that you will need someone to sign for and accept the delivery. If there is no one to receive the goods, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery then retain the goods at your local delivery office for collection or redeliver by prior arrangement.

All orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm. You will receive an email from Tesco you when your order is packed and ready for dispatch containing a tracking number.

Postal code and recipient's land line telephone number are required in your shipping address. All deliveries must be made to a physical address and NO P.O. Box or mailbox addresses will be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any duty or import taxes, if they apply to your country (This does not apply to UK customers). Please contact us if you need to know more about the tax/duty issues.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.

It has been brought to our attention that the postman doesn't always leave a card so please check with your local delivery office to see if your package is there before contacting us about a missing item.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery of your watch.

Returns Policy

At WatchWarehouse we believe that aftercare service is just as important as the service you receive when purchasing your order and in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will handle each query on an individual basis to ensure we give you a clear, detailed and rapid response.

We offer a 30 day returns guarantee which means that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The only condition of this policy is that the item meets the following requirements -

·         Undamaged

·         No sign of wear

·         Returned in the condition you received it including all packaging, manual and warranty

·         Any links removed are replaced

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit. In the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to us by Royal Mail Tracked service. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds for faulty items will be made within approximately 1 week of receipt of the returned item to allow for a careful inspection of the watch to ensure it is in a re-saleable condition. The money will be refunded by the same method payment was taken. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item/s do not affect our right to reject faulty goods. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Item not suitable within 30 days of receipt

As detailed above, if the item you ordered is not suitable you can return this for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow instructions on the returns label and send the unsuitable item back to us using a tracked service.

Faulty within 30 days of receipt

In the rare event of an item becoming faulty within 30 days of receipt you are entitled to request a refund or replacement. Simply follow instructions supplied on the returns label.

Faulty after 30 days of receipt

In the rare event of an item becoming faulty after 30 days of receipt, we will arrange for the watch to be repaired by the manufacturer’s repair centre. Depending on the fault, this will either be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (details provided with order) or there may be a small charge for repair. Either way, our friendly and skilled customer service staff will support you throughout.

Received incorrect goods

This is extremely rare following the launch of our new ‘state of the art’ warehouse system but in the event of it happening please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped out to you immediately and the incorrect item will returned at no additional cost to you!

Item Damaged in transit

If an item arrives to you damaged in transit please contact us ASAP so that we can arrange for a new item to be shipped out to you ASAP and the damaged item will be returned to us at no extra cost to you.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

All orders placed with us before 3pm will be shipped same day. In the event of you ordering an item in error, please contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order.

Unwanted gifts

Should your gift be unwanted, refunds will only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the 'recipient'' will not be able to get a refund. If they want to return the goods we will offer an exchange or credit for the value of the return within the14 days of the date you received the item.

Warranty with your order

All of our products sold at WatchWarehouse come complete with a manufacturers warranty. For further details on the warranty please read the product description as the length of warranty may vary from one brand to another.

Your invoice paperwork that comes complete with your order contains all the necessary information to act as proof of purchase.
