Q: Is there a delivery charge?
A: Standard Delivery to UK addresses is £2.99. Next Day Delivery costs £4.99.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed before noon Monday to Friday can be delivered the following working day using Next Day Delivery. Orders placed after noon or at the weekend with the Next Day Delivery option will be delivered in 1 to 2 working days.

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We ship to all UK mainland addresses.
Q: Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A: A signature will be required if you have selected Next Day Delivery.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: In most cases you can track your order online or contact a courier by phone – please call our customer service team for further information.
Q: Can I cancel a delivery?
A: If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer service team. If your order has been despatched it will not be possible to cancel it, but you will be able to return it for a refund.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Unfortunately it’s not possible to change the details of an order once it has been placed.
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: If there is no one to receive your parcel a card will be posted through your door with a contact number you can use to arrange a re-delivery, or to find out where you can pick up your parcel.
Q: Can I collect my order from a Tesco store?
A: Yes, just select Click and Collect at the checkout. Click and Collect costs £5 and your order will be ready to collect in x working days.
If you’d like to return something, please get in contact with our customer service team (you’ll find their details below). Please don’t bring your order into a Tesco or Entertainer store as they won’t be able to help.
We will accept unopened products accompanied by a confirmation email up to 28 days from delivery, providing all seals and packaging are intact.
We only accept returns by post and a £2.99 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage. If you would like to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us as soon as possible to let us know what you want to return.
2. Pack the goods carefully so they will not be damaged in transit
3. Enclose a brief explanatory note and your contact details
4. Download and print out this prepaid postage label (http://www.thetoyshop.com/media/toyshop/pdfs/Returns_Label.pdf), attach it to your parcel and take it to your local post office.
