Our desire was to offer expert advice and information for parents and carer’s to enable them to provide a safer environment for their children to grow up in.

As our product range has expanded beyond the core baby proofing items, our commitment to sourcing and providing products which aid parents with the protection of their young children has ensured we only stock the very best quality of products.
As specialists in Child Safety, Safetots understand the absolute importance of both product knowledge and customer service. Based in Hertfordshire, David and Peter continue to run the daily operations of Safetots and together with a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team, we pride ourselves on efficiency, (next day deliveries), value for money, and most importantly the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Delivery rates and times: Delivery Charges: Free for orders over £50. £4.99 next working day courier service. £2.99 Royal Mail 2 - 5 day delivery service. Please note : weekends and Bank Holidays are not a working day for delivery
Safetots Delivery Service: All of the products available from the Safetots range can be delivered directly to you via our home delivery service or can be collected from your local Tesco store. The table below explains all of our delivery charges when all items are in stock and orders are placed before 3pm.
UK Delivery charges
Small items = £2.99 for Royal Mail delivery within 2 - 5 days
Larger Items (order value of less than £49.99) = £4.99 for delivery next working day
Item value over £50 = Free delivery for next working day
Orders purchased can only be sent to designated UK addresses.
Orders from Safetots can be returned within 28 days of receipt of your goods. All items are returned at your own expense and must arrive in their original packaging and unused condition for the refund to be issued. Any item returned which will be considered for refund MUST be in a fully re-saleable condition. If you return goods back to Safetots that have been used we cannot process them and no refund will be provided.
Orders Safetots will NOT refund if returned
1. Items in blister packaging which have been opened,
2. Items returned without packaging. Please ensure all products received from Safetots are carefully opened. If a return is received at Safetots with no packaging, the item will be disposed of and NO refund will be issued. The cost of returning the item is at the customer's expense and would also not be refunded.
3. Items in a used condition, or with missing parts or fittings.
4. Items returned after 28 days of the date of receipt of the product.
How to Return an Item to Safetots?
To return your item, please request your RMA returns number from firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email in return with full details and the address for which to return the item.
All items returned to Safetots are at your own expense.
Safetots do not specify the means of returning the item to us, and customers are able to return by Royal Mail or their own courier service if preferred. We suggest using registered mail or traceable courier services as Safetots are not liable for any items which may get lost in transit.
Cancelling an Order Prior to Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order and contact Safetots prior to your items leaving our warehouse, we will be able to stop your order and refund your payment in full. If your item has already been
dispatched but no delivery attempt has been made when you contact us to cancel, we can recall the items from the couriers but the initial dispatch charge would be deducted from your refund. If you call to cancel your order after the initial delivery attempt, Safetots will recall the item for you, but the initial dispatch charge, plus the £15 return fee charged by the courier company would be deducted from the cost of your order in your refund.
What if I want to return a Faulty or Damaged Product?
Safetots recommend contacting us directly at email@example.com should you feel any product you have received from Safetots has arrived faulty or developed a fault during the period of warranty prior to sending the item back to enable us to troubleshoot the problem. If you wish to return any goods which you feel are faulty, and covered by the manufacturers warranty, these must be returned to us for inspection, along with the RMA number you can obtain below. If the item is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture (not accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, something that can be adjusted, a part that can be changed, or an electrical devise which has experienced interference due to other appliances in your home), we will offer a refund or exchange within the statutory 28 days after delivery. Please note that if the item you have purchased from Safetots develops a fault after 28 days and before 6 months of purchase, under the Sale of Goods Act you are entitled to a repair or replacement of the product but NOT a refund for the item. You can contact Safetots to have the item returned for inspection. As long as the fault has not developed a fault due to fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, Safetots will arrange for the item to be repaired within 14 days or a replacement item to be sent to you within 14 days.
