PureFitness & Sports is a privately-owned fitness & sports retailer that began on 1st May 1995 supplying quality home fitness products throughout the U.K. and Europe and is the trading name for Pure-Tec Ltd. We operate from 35,000 sq ft premises over 3 sites in Kingston-upon-Hull, East Yorkshire. Like you, we have a real passion for sports & fitness and our goal is to be the No.1 Fitness & Sports Retailer by providing our customers with the best shopping experience by providing top brands at great value prices.

Being a 'bricks & mortar' company we are able to give consumers what they want, when they want it. Our great relationships with the major manufacturers mean our customers will always find great deals 365 days a year. All products displayed online are physically in stock so we can guarantee Same Day Dispatch and Free Express Delivery on almost all of our products.

Our large buying power enables us to buy big and buy direct from the manufacturers. This enables us to offer Genuine savings on suggested retail prices.

The foundation of our business has been built on outstanding service and we understand our future success is based on satisfied customers. Our in-house service & parts centre is well stocked to ensure your purchase remains in use for years to come.

Delivery information

All PureFitness & Sports deliveries are free of charge to the UK Mainland (Additional charges may apply for off UK Mainland) and we offer a free express delivery service on all orders to the UK Mainland except larger items such as treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowers and home gyms, these may take a little longer. If you place your order before 2pm we will have it dispathced on the same day.

Due to the variation of products we offer we use a range of different couriers to delivery our products however all of our couriers are only insured to deliver your order to the outside of the property. They are unable to take any products upstairs or downstairs or inside the property itself, this is important to flat owners as the couriers will only be able to deliver to the ground floor of the premises.

Due to the weight and size of our larger products we can only deliver using a Pallet delivery company. Where possible the Pallet delivery company will position your order as close to your property as possible however they cannot take the product off the pallet. This is a 1-man delivery service so unfortunately the driver is unable to take items into your property.

We can also offer a free 2-man delivery service on these larger items however it will take 5-7 working days, please contact us if you would like this 2-man service. Delivery is within 5-7 working days depending on your location. Our 2-man delivery team will pre-book a delivery date and specify an AM or PM slot. On the day of delivery the 2-man team will contact you 1-hour before estimated arrival. Your order will be delivered to your room of choice (access permitting). Applicable to UK Mainland Orders Only.

We are able to deliver to N.Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Rep.of Ireland and Europe however it will cost extra for delivery, if you would like a price for how much extra delivery will cost please get in touch with us. Free delivery also applies to the Grampian & Highland regions but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

If you miss your delivery our couriers will leave a calling card for you to contact them directly and arrange another delivery date on a working day that is convenient. If you would like a specific delivery date please let us know and we can ensure that your order is delivered on the requested date. If you wish to cancel a delivery before your order has arrived please let us know and we can arrange for your order to be returned back to us, please note we can only refund your account once the product has arrived back into our warehouse.

Saturday AM delivery is available for an additional £25.00 per order on UK mainland orders, please contact us if you would like this service(excludes Grampian & Highlands).

Returns policy

At PureFitness & Sports we want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your product therefore we operate a no-quibble 30 Day Money Back guarantee including free return collections should you decide your purchase is not suitable. You can return your purchase for any reason within the 30 day period after purchase, all we ask is that you dismantle and package the item(s) securely in the original packaging suitable for return carriage and we may possibly ask you to attach return shipping labels. Please email us for a returns authorization number and to arrange a suitable collection date via our courier collections service. Proof of purchase is required.

We will process a full refund within 5-10 days of the product arriving back into our warehouse unless the product arrives back to us in an unsatisfactory condition. Items under 1kg must be sent back to us via 2nd Class Royal Mail Recorded service with the purchase invoice stating whether a return or exchange is required. We will credit you back for the full postage amount. Please also contact us for a returns authorization number prior to dispatch.

Should an item be received with a missing or damaged minor part we will arrange for replacement parts to be dispatched within 5-7 working days. Please contact our Parts Department so that we can resolve the problem for you.

In the unlikely event of your item being lost or damaged during transit a replacement item will be dispatched immediately. All deliveries are fully insured by our courier network.

All new goods have a minimum 12 months guarantee. Many items sold by ourselves have an extended guarantee such as 2-years parts/labour and lifetime frame. Please see individual product descriptions for full details."
