We are an independent retailer, successfully trading online since 2002.  Our aim is simply to offer you an outstanding range of products combined with outstanding service.

We are constantly updating our product lines and stock to bring you the most up to date ranges and a wide choice of designs, finishes and material.

Our policy is to ensure you have the fastest service possible; we do that by holding the stock ourselves.

Delivery Information

Delivery Rates & Timescales

UK 1st Class Delivery - £2.95 – delivery usually in 1-3 days
Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (UK only) - if ordered by 2pm - £6.95
(Orders placed on a Friday will be guaranteed for Monday)
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (UK Only) - £10.95 if ordered by 2pm Friday
Goods are sent by Royal Mail, and may have to be signed for on receipt.

Standard deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday, however Saturday is not considered to be a working day.

 Delivery charges are per order.

Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated, we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent.  No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience. 

Click & Collect
£3.75 for delivery to your local store for collection.

Delivery exceptions
Bank Holidays are not a working day for us.

Tracking details will be available on all Next Working Day Deliveries and will be emailed to you after dispatch.

Missed Delivery
If Royal Mail attempt a delivery while you are out a card should be left for you to arrange redelivery or collect from your local postal depot.


Returns Policy


Non-Faulty Goods - You have the right to return goods in new, undamaged condition and obtain a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods.  Goods must be returned in an 'as new' condition, in original gift packaging.  To arrange return please email us at returns@oliveandfinch.com for a returns number before sending the goods.  Please send with your order number to enable us to process your return smoothly.  Where goods returned are not faulty, we will only be able to refund the cost of the individual item.   A refund will usually be given within 3 days of date of receipt.

Faulty or Damaged Goods - If the goods are faulty or different to the ones ordered you may also return the goods and will be entitled to a full refund or replacement goods.  The following procedure must be adhered to: Please contact us in the first instance by e-mail
returns@oliveandfinch.com to request a return of goods.  We will then issue you with a returns number and advise you of how to return the items to us.    Where goods are damaged or faulty, the cost of returning the goods by the advised method only will be reimbursed to the customer in addition to the cost of the individual item.

Packaging Returned Goods - The goods will need to be returned to us in suitable protective packaging, with your order and returns number. All non-faulty goods MUST be returned in their original packaging and must arrive 'as new' without any damage to the product or product gift packaging and with all parts intact.  Faulty goods should be returned in original, undamaged packaging where possible. 

Refunds - In the case of a refund we will generally make payment within 3 working days of receipt of the return and in all events within 7 days of cancellation (unless otherwise agreed).  The cost of return of non-faulty goods is to be met by the customer. Where non-faulty goods to be refunded are not returned to us as agreed, we may deduct a charge from the refund for collecting the goods.  In the case of a replacement, this will also be carried out within 5 working days where there are sufficient stocks to do so.  Should the replacement not be possible within that time or if the goods have become obsolete in the interim we will, by agreement, endeavour to replace it with an equivalent model or issue a refund.  Goods should not be returned unless we have given a returns number.  Always contact us before returning goods. 

Statutory Rights

None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
