My Tesco Direct delivery is late
Occasionally, delays will occur that are beyond our control. If there is a delay for any reason, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Before getting in touch, please double-check the delivery date on your confirmation email, and also make sure we haven’t sent you any email or text updates.
You can always track your order’s progress online by signing into My Account and clicking on View Direct Orders.
