I have not received a confirmation email after I placed my order?
If you have not received a confirmation email, then please check the "View Direct Orders" link in the "My Account" section of the website.
If the order is not showing in this section, then please check the basket to see if the item are still in the basket.
If the items are still in the basket then the order has not been checked out properly. Once taken through the check out the order will be placed.
If the items are not in the basket then please contact Customer Services using the details on the Contact Page.
