Howleys Toy Shop was originally set up as a family business in Weymouth, Dorset back in the early 1980s and we have gone from strength to strength to grow throughout the years.

We have over 30 years knowledge of the retail industry and are always up to date with the latest releases and crazes. Our growing online and high street stores have become a goldmine for all the latest toys, collectables, models and outdoor entertainment.

Taking together our expert product knowledge and excellent customer service team, we are a favourite destination both on online and in store. Customer service is particularly important to us and we will always be striving to provide the best shopping and after sales care. Delivery Policy

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. This is providing that the goods are in stock and available to dispatch.

If you place your order after 1pm Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order the next working day. If your order is placed at the weekend the goods will packaged ready to be dispatched on the next working day.

In the rare event that we are unable to dispatch your order the same day we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to notify you of the issue.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom including the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands and to over 20 destinations in Europe.

Due to recent changes in courier delivery zones, some postcodes and areas in the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will be required to use the Off-Shore UK delivery prices rather than Mainland UK.

We are making an effort to send all parcels by the most efficient and suitable method to reduce your postage costs and delivery times. Delivery charges outside of Mainland UK will vary - you can add products to your shopping basket and select your location to find out the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

Below is the list of delivery times for zones we currently ship to. Each delivery time is estimated from the date of dispatch and is not guaranteed.

Mainland UK – 2-3 Days

Off-Shore – 3/4 Days

Republic of Ireland – 3/4 Days

BFPO – 5/10 Days

Returns Information

We are happy for you to send your unwanted items back to us, provided the return is initiated within 28 days of your order being received and the following are met:

All items must be in a good, resalable condition, with all original packaging and contents intact.

Authorisation has been sought before the goods are returned (please see contact information).

A Return of Goods form (or similar) is included with the return.

Return carriage costs are covered by the customer (in addition, the original postage charge will be deducted from the refund)

Large or Heavy Items

Some items that are unusually large or heavy may need to be collected directly by a courier, rather than returned via the Post Office.

Our collections are organised through DPD and are charged at £10.00. Please contact us for more details.
