With our diverse range of styles from classic, Victorian and antique to boho, art deco and contemporary you are sure to find the perfect accessory to complete your outfit.

We continuously add new products and follow the latest trends in fashion and fashion jewellery. Many of the designs are manufactured specifically for us, which means you will not find them anywhere else on the high street or online. Avalaya team travels around the Globe to find ethnic and tribal jewellery makers, so that you can enjoy very interesting and unique pieces that have been hand-crafted from the traditional materials. We are mad about jewellery and after all the hard work that we do every day, we always get excited when we list a new product.

All our jewellery comes as nickel free and all parts of piercing jewellery that are in direct contact with your body are made from the hypo-allergenic materials like surgical steel, with rhodium plating or with gold plating.

All products that we send out to the customers are checked several times at various stages to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects and that the item is received in a perfect condition and as seen on the website pictures.

Avalaya is a customer centric company and have set ourselves a target to deliver 100% customer satisfaction at all times. We are all human, and as saying goes, we all make mistakes. When our delivery company fails to deliver on time or on occasion when you may receive a faulty product, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will do our best to put things right.

Delivery Information

Avalaya delivers worldwide using Royal Mail and Parcelforce services.

For all the UK deliveries (including Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO) we charge a standard delivery price of £2.95. This is one price per order, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Your order will normally be shipped out using ""Royal Mail 24"" delivery service on the same working day, if you place your order before 1pm.  This delivery service does not require a signature.

On some occasions we may choose to upgrade your delivery service to ""Royal Mail 24 Recorded"" or ""Royal Mail Special Delivery"", there will be no extra charge to the customer in such cases and your package will have to be signed for on delivery.

Most of the UK orders are delivered the next day, but this is not guaranteed for the Standard Delivery service and it may take up to 3 days. Please choose the Express Delivery for the guaranteed next day service.

We normally ship out on the usual workdays - Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays in England. If your order is shipped on Friday and you do receive your Royal Mail post on Saturdays, then your order should be delivered on the following Saturday, otherwise - on the following Monday.

If you are not present at the time of the delivery, then Royal Mail would normally leave a ""While you were out"" card, giving the instructions on how to receive your parcel. The similar card will be left if the delivery was attempted by our courier, but failed. If the delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, then please look for the ""While you were out"" card and ask your members of family or colleagues to see if they have received the parcel or the above mentioned card for you. To receive your ""missed delivery"" parcel from Royal Mail, you would normally need to go to your nearest Royal Mail delivery depot with the ""While you were out"" card and a proof of your address (e.g.: a recent utility bill)

For your convenience, we also offer Delivered By Tesco service. Please choose this service if you want your order to be delivered to your preferred Tesco branch.

Returns Policy

We comply with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) which gives You the right to cancel your order within 7 working days (starting the day after delivery) for the full refund. This is a "cooling off period" to give You peace of mind and confidence when ordering from the Internet. Avalaya exceeds these requirements and gives You a longer ""cooling off period"" as we are confident with the quality of our products and services.

You may cancel your whole order or any part of it within our "cooling off period" of 14 days from the order date (or 7 working days starting the day after delivery, whichever is the longest) for a full refund or request an exchange for alternative product(s).

To cancel your order and arrange a return of the unwanted or faulty goods you must obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by contacting us within the "cooling off period" indicated above.

To apply for the RMA number, please use the "returns wizard" available via the URL printed on your invoice or delivery note, this is the preferred method. You also can obtain the RMA number by other means: via email, phone, fax or post.

You must return the goods within 21 days of receiving the RMA number. It is your responsibility to make sure that the goods reach us within this time frame.

We cannot process any returns without previously issued RMA number and we will be under no obligation to accept such unauthorised returns. Any goods received by us that do not carry a clear indication of an RMA number will be discarded without prior notice.

If you have sent us the goods without an RMA number, You must notify us immediately, giving the full description of your parcel and its contents.

Avalaya reserves the right to reject the return if:

·         goods are returned without obtaining a valid RMA number

·         goods reach us after the allowed returns time frame

·         goods are damaged and the Customer is at fault

If the return is rejected and we are in possession of the returned goods we may send the goods back to you and charge you the associated shipping costs, refund you for the returned goods, less the restocking or cancellation fee which will be determined at our sole discretion; or discard the goods without a refund or any other form of compensation.

Any returned goods that are not part of the given return authorisation (RMA) will be sent back to you at your cost. At our sole discretion we may also refund for such products, less the restocking or cancellation fee.

Any packages, that we receive without an RMA number or any other identification details, will be discarded without prior notice.

Any unidentified articles, that we may receive with the returned goods and that were not sold by us, will be discarded without prior notice.

Avalaya.com will refund the full order value less the delivery cost within 30 days of receiving your return. We cannot refund the cost of shipping the goods back to us.

The goods should be returned by the First Class post with proof of posting. If goods are sent from outside of the United Kingdom, then you should use a Standard International post with proof of posting. You may also choose an equivalent delivery method by another courier, which can provide the equivalent or better level of delivery service.

The Customer must take reasonable care of the returned goods and use secure packaging and suitable protection to ensure their safe delivery. Using the original packaging is recommended. Your refund may be delayed or completely rejected if the goods reach us in an unusable form and the Customer is at fault.

We are not liable for any damages to the returned goods incurred during the transit from you to us.

Because of the hygienic reasons Avalaya cannot accept returns for unwanted pierced earrings and other piercing jewellery, unless the product is returned in the original unopened packaging. This condition does not affect your right to return faulty goods.
