Originally established in 1978 to supply BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and VW car parts, our quest for breadth of range has now carried over into our all-makes, Korean and Japanese programmes giving us the ability to supply virtually ‘Any Part for Any Car’. Our Buyers and Product Managers are, quite simply, the best in the business. They search the world to deliver the best in range, value and quality for our customers. To maintain a consistent supply of original quality parts we operate our own sourcing and shipping operations. We also enjoy direct supply agreements with the factories producing many of the world's best brands. Customers can also visit any of our stores nationwide where our technical sales teams are able to provide additional car service and repair advice.

For orders placed after 4pm, please add 1 working day to your delivery date. Next working day delivery excludes items which are not marked as in-stock. If your item is Over-Sized or Over-Weight (Over 25kgs) you may incur an additional charge. If this is the case you will be contacted once your order is placed.

Further Delivery Information
No deliveries can be made on Bank/Public Holidays. Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank/Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. In addition, our warehouse is closed on Bank/Public Holidays, so orders placed on a Bank/ Public Holidays will not be despatched until the following working day. In the unlikely event of your product being lost or damaged in transit, claims must be made in writing. In the case of non-delivery, please wait 10 days in case it has been delayed. Damaged goods must be retained in case we need to arrange for inspection. Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. All delivery costs include VAT at the current rate and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.
Returns & Cancellations
Returns Procedure: At Euro Car Parts we hope that you are happy with your purchases, however we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item.
Return of Specialist Products
Returns Procedure: Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons, It is important for your own and our couriers safety that they are followed. As well as the above procedures the below must also be adhered to:
Once your return is authorised an acknowledgement will be emailed to the address used on your original order. Lines are open from 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. Any products returned without a valid Returns Authorisation number will be refused.
Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your Returns Authorisation form in with your item(s), failure to do so will delay your refund. Clearly mark your Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:
