Cooking Marvellous has been trading since 2007. Starting as a specialist cookshop in Shrewsbury, we now also distribute cookware and groceries all around the world.

We dispatch orders using Royal Mail for smaller items, and Parcelforce or DHL for larger items.
We ship every day from Monday to Friday.

We ship throughout the UK, and our charges are standard throughout.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Items delivered by Parcelforce or DHL will require a signature on delivery.
If your item is delivered by Parcelforce or DHL, and you are not at home, the courier will leave a card giving full instructions as to how you can arrange redelivery at a more convenient time.
Is your purchase not quite right?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found here Returns Policy.
Charges for returns
If you change your mind about the item, you can return it to us. As long as it is returned in it's original condition and is suitable for resale, we will give you a product refund. We do charge £3.99 to cover the cost of restocking the item.
If you change your mind about an item, please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days, we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
