About us

Clearwater Hampers was founded in 1979 and incorporated in 2007. Clearwater Hampers is one of the largest privately owned hamper gift companies in the UK and supplies food, wine and other gifts around the world. We are based at Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 4RT. We have one of the most extensive ranges of food and wine gifts and baskets available and at the time of writing we have 200 gifts available. All programming, design, photography etc is completed in-house.

Delivery rates and timescales

Express delivery N/A Order by 3pm* (Sunday-Friday) for next day delivery

We use Yodel and City link and all parcels ae despatched on an overnight service. (Please see below for postcodes where delivery may take 2 days)

We deliver Monday to Friday and all of our orders will be despatched before 2pm.

Requirements to sign for delivery

Our couriers are requested to get a signature from you on delivery. If not applicable our couriers are instructed to leave with neighbour or leave safe.

Missed delivery

If you are not available to sign for delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for you to pick up from the local post office. If you prefer redelivery of the parcel, please call us and we will arrange for delivery on a working day of your choice.

Returns Policy

Is your purchase not quite right?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

We allow returns in an unused condition for up to 28 from date of purchase.

Charges for returns

We request customers to pay for change of mind returns

We require you to pay a minimum of £7.95 for returns subject to items ordered.

Returns guidelines

If you change your mind about an item please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage.

Diminished value refunds to be applied. We would deduct, from the refund, the price of any items missing from the hamper upon return.

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days we will issue a replacement item to you. Outside of the first 28 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
