Clearwater Hampers was founded in 1979 and is is one of the largest privately owned hamper gift companies in the UK and supplies food, wine and other gifts around the World. We are based at Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 4RT. We have one of the most extensive ranges of food and wine gifts and hampers available with 200 gifts available and in stock at any time.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.
We use Yodel and City link and all parcels ae despatched on an overnight service.
We operate from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. For orders placed over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday we will dispatch this item on the next working day to reach you within the timeframes outlined above.
Delivery locations and exceptions
We ship to all areas of the UK. For outlying areas we will try to deliver to the timeframes above, but there may be some occasions when there might be a delay. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know and keep you updated at all times.
Requirements to sign for delivery
Our couriers are requested to get a signature from you on delivery. If not applicable our couriers are instructed to leave with neighbour or leave safe.
If you are not available to sign for delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for you to pick up from the local post office. If you prefer redelivery of the parcel, please call us and we will arrange for delivery on a working day of your choice.
Changed your mind?
That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.
Products may be opened and inspected under consumer regulations providing no seals are broken on hygiene products, e.g. food is opened within 30 days of purchase.
Charges for returns
If you change your mind and wish to return your item you will need to pay for the cost of return. Of course, if the item you have received is damaged or not as described, we will cover the cost of the return.
For change of mind returns you will need to send the undamaged parcel back to us, please do call us ahead of doing so, so that we know to expect the parcel.
Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 30 days we will issue a refund or replacement item to you. Outside of the first 30 days we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
