The CM116 microwave achieves an A rating for energy efficiency, and features an auto cook menu with a digital display and manual controls. A range of programmes gives you great flexibility when it comes to preparing your meals. There is an auto defrost setting that allows you to defrost food in minutes after taking it out of the freezer. Then you can select from one of 5 power levels, set the timer, and wait for the results.
