About us

Brantano Footwear is an established shoe retailer with a reputation for stocking shoes for the whole family at an affordable price. As well as our own range of styles we also sell the latest styles from some of the most famous brands including Hush Puppies, Nike, Start-Rite, CAT and many more.

We work directly with our factories to get the best possible price, so we can pass those savings onto our customers. We always try to put a little more into our product, so we can offer the latest styles, with good quality materials for all the family, at an affordable price.

Our buyers work more than 6 months in advance to ensure our customers have a large selection of the current season’s key looks. Because they work closely with special trend experts, they know what shoes will be in style in the coming year.

Please be aware that charges and timings will vary for delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and other Scottish islands with deliveries taking up to 8 days for outlying areas. The actual delivery cost and timings will be displayed during checkout.

Our home delivery orders are made on Monday to Friday using Yodel or Hermes.

We ship items from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Deliveries to UK Out of Area post codes can take up to 7 working days.

Delivery locations and exceptions

Deliveries can be made to UK Mainland post codes and UK Out of Area post codes including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Requirements to sign for delivery

All parcels require a signature. If a signature cannot be obtained then a calling card will be left with instructions to follow.

Missed delivery

If we miss you when we attempt delivery a calling card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the calling card explaining what action you need to take.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind?

That’s no problem. All of our Tesco Partners offer the same Tesco direct policy as a minimum, the full details of which can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Charges for returns

Parcels are returned at your own cost. The cost of returning an order via Royal Mail will start from £2.80

If a product is damaged or faulty then we will cover the cost of the return (you must contact our customer care team who will organise the return)

Returns guidelines

Please let us have any original packaging, tabs, labels and accessories, and please package it all securely. If you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged, opened more than necessary to check it’s working, or used more than reasonably expected.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office, as we are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please return your item to 'Customer Care' at the address provided on the delivery note or in the 'Contact Us' section below:

Is your purchase faulty or damaged?

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but if it doesn’t, please contact us. Within the first 28 days, we will issue you a replacement item. Outside of the first 28 days, we will be able to advise on the options to repair, replace or refund your item.
