Your order will be dispatched on a tracked service via DPD (signature required on delivery) or Royal Mail (signature on delivery may/may not be required).
Bigjigs Toys aims to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 2 working days.
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order prior to dispatch, please notify us as soon as possible.
Delivery locations and exceptions
FREE Standard delivery on orders of £39.99 or more.
Adverse weather conditions, parcels lost/delayed in transit and other unforeseen circumstances may alter the above delivery timeframe estimates.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct prior to dispatch. Bigjigs Toys will not be liable for lost/delayed parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been specified.

Requirements to sign for delivery
Parcels dispatched via DPD will require a signature on delivery.
You may/may not be required to sign for a parcel dispatched via Royal Mail.
DPD will make two attempts to deliver your parcel and will leave a calling card to notify you of each delivery attempt. The card will include instruction on how to re-arrange your delivery/collect the parcel from your nearest DPD depot if you prefer. Your parcel will be held for 5 days awaiting your further instruction.
Royal Mail will make one attempt to deliver your parcel and will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt. This card will include instruction on how to re-arrange your delivery/collect the parcel from your nearest sorting office if you prefer. Your parcel will be held for 18 days awaiting your further instruction.
Is your purchase not quite right?

Charges for returns
CANCELLED ORDER/CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
After dispatch/delivery, if you wish to return part or all of your order, it is your responsibility to return the product to Bigjigs Toys and ensure that the product is adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit - return P&P charges will not be refunded.
Please note that return costs will vary dependent upon the size and weight of the product that you have purchased and the delivery service that you choose to return the parcel via. Large, bulky or heavy products will require delivery via courier and will incur higher delivery fees than smaller parcels returned via Royal Mail. We suggest that you retain proof of postage if you are returning a product to us.
If no one is available to receive your parcel and no further instruction has been received during the Royal Mail/DPD holding period then your parcel will be returned to Bigjigs Toys and classified as a cancelled order/change of mind return. Under these circumstances your order will be refunded, minus the original delivery charge (the original delivery charge is taken as the equivalent of the return postage charge, for which you are responsible for a change of mind/cancellation return). If free delivery was offered, Bigjigs Toys reserves the right to subtract the delivery cost (up to £4.99) from the refund amount.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address given during checkout then your order will be refunded, minus the original delivery charge. If free delivery was offered, Bigjigs Toys reserves the right to subtract the delivery cost (up to £4.99) from the refund amount.
If you change your mind about an item please return it with all original components and packaging. If you are unable to return the item in its original packaging, please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage.
Please note that products purchased from Bigjigs Toys cannot be returned to a Tesco store.

Please include the original delivery paperwork in the returned parcel (or details of your order number, address and contact details) with a note explaining why the product is being returned.

All products should be returned in the condition in which they arrived to you. You may open the product's box/remove packaging to inspect the product, however please do so without excessive force to ensure that the product's box and the product are not damaged during this process. Ensure returned products are packed back into their original box where possible and that the product is adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Bigjigs Toys reserves the right to deny a full refund if the returned product shows signs of unreasonable use or wilful neglect, the definition of which shall be solely at the discretion of Bigjigs Toys.
Is your purchase faulty or damaged?
If the product has been damaged in transit/is defective, please email an explanation and photograph of the damage/defect to email@example.com. Bigjigs Toys will investigate all damage/defect reports and provide a refund or replacement where possible.
