John Shepherd is a qualified coach and sports journalist, writing for a number of health and fitness magazines.He has written a number of books for A&C including Shape Up, Ultrafit, The Complete Guide to Sports Training and 101 Youth Athletics Drills. Mike Antoniades is the founder and Coaching Director of Sport Dimensions and the Running School.
