Lost your clubcard?
Lost or damaged card? Or just need a couple of extra key fobs? No problem. Replacing them is easy and free.
If your card is damaged or you need more key fobs, you can simply sign in to My Clubcard Account, click on 'My Account Details' and select 'Order a Replacement'.
Follow the instructions and we'll send you your brand new card and key fobs within 10 days.
If your card is either lost or stolen, we'll need to cancel your old account and create a new one.
No need to worry, we'll send you a brand new Clubcard and transfer the points you've already collected across to your new account so you won't lose out.
