How this reward works…

Did you know? - Activity Days Tokens can be used for any Activity Day in rewards, or for any rewards that aren’t ‘buy in full’.

1. Choose how much in Clubcard vouchers you’d like to exchange, on the right, and then click ‘add to basket’.

- any change from your vouchers will be credited to your Clubcard Account.

2. We’ll send out the Activity Day Tokens and an order form within 5 working days of your order being placed.

3. Once you have received your Tokens you will need to contact the activity supplier to book your day. Please check times, dates and prices by checking their website below (Additional information).

4. Activity Day Tokens can be used to pay for all or part of the cost for your experience.

- Any outstanding balance must be paid at the time of booking.

- no change is given from rewards tokens.

5. Send your completed booking forms and your Tokens to the activity supplier. These MUST be sent within 7 days of making your booking to ensure your booking is completed. Once your Tokens have been received by the supplier you will be sent confirmation of your booking.

• Clubcard vouchers are not accepted by suppliers; you must exchange them for rewards tokens.

• Rewards tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode.
