About this reward
Set in some of the most stunning scenery in the Lake District on one of the most beautiful sporting estates in the Lakes, 10 mins from Lake Windermere.
With over 30 horses and ponies from active hunters to quiet cobs; these rides and lessons are perfect for those who wish to try riding for the first time. All rides are supervised by qualified staff. Fully approved, accredited and licensed by the British Horse Society, Association of Riding Schools and the Pony Club.
Lead Rein Ride
A short ride around the local lanes leading off from the estate for the less capable rider (aged 3 and above) who is not able to walk/trot independently. Riders can expect to enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding landscape of the South Lakes fells.
Estate Ride
Consists of an hour long ride around the Bigland estate and is for the more capable rider who is able to walk/trot independently.
1 hour Group General Lessons
These cater for total beginner to more advanced rider. Lessons can be taken outside in the summer months and all year round in our full size Indoor Arena so don’t be put off by bad weather.
• Ages 3-70yrs are all welcome.
• Please wear long comfortable trousers. Riding hats and boots are available.
• Heights and weights of the riders are needed when making a booking.

1. Choose how much in Clubcard vouchers you’d like to exchange, on the right, and then click ‘add to basket’.

2. We’ll send out the Activity Day Tokens within 5 working days of your order being placed.
3. Once you have received your Tokens you will need to contact the activity supplier to book your day. Please check times, dates and prices by checking their website below (Additional information).

4. Activity Day Tokens can be used to pay for all or part of the cost for your experience.

5. Tokens MUST then be taken along to the venue on the day of your activity and handed to the organisers before your experience.
Any outstanding balance must also be paid at this time.
