Tesco Clubcard Rewards has got to be the best Loyalty scheme out there. We do a lot of shopping in Tesco's but equally build up lots of vouchers. Have used this system for several years to go on breaks to the Med & the USA. Can't recommend highly enough.Date used : 08/11/2013

In October 2012 we used Clubcard Vouchers at 3x their value on a two week holiday to Turkey for two with Cosmos. We paid £250 in total for a two week self catering holiday. Accommodation was as described and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful!! We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and the great price!!! We booked through the cosmos online brochure to go to the CALETA PLAYA APARTMENTS in Correlejo. The pictures and info were clearly showing the apartments around the pool and this is what we booked for. On arrival ,which was after 12 midnight, we collected the keys from a resturant which appeared to be part of the complex, and found our apartment was not in the complex but on the side. Both the bedroom and lounge overlooked a pathway which was a main route to other apartments and the beach. I am a light sleeper and to be awoken by other noisy guests at 3am on the pathway did not go down well. We complained to the manager, and gratefully were moved to another apartment, in the same block, but away from the path. If you go onto Trip Advisor, which we foolishly didnot do, you will see that this complex is bigger than advertised and gives more info than COSMOS. Its a pity, as this was the third holiday this year with tesco/cosmos, the other two being great. Spoilt the end of a good year.Date used : 22/09/2013

Well we used them and converted 200 pounds worth of vouchers and got a massive 800 pounds off our holiday it was a promotion and got 4 times the value. You can still get 3 times the value and that is a good deal so go for it if you want a cheap treat. We went to Lanzarote and hired a villa. Had a great time only had to put another 80 quid plus spending money, I love my Tesco voucher deals. I'm using my voucher for a holiday each, everything goes through Tesco and what I can't goes through their visa club card and I get points on that too. Ohhhhhhh YessssssDate used : 01/03/2013

We saved our Tesco vouchers for use against Comos, we were a bit dubious as we'd been bitten once before when using Travel voucher with XL Holidays. But we were presently surprised, how good value the Cosmos holidays were., We went to Spaln for 10 nights and the hotel was 5* and excellent. It suited our needs and we had an amazing holiday. The booking process was seemless, no problems what so ever, nothing was too much trouble. flights were on time and the private transfer we got as part of the package was also excellent. Will definately be booking another holiday with Cosmos, and hopefully will get to use some vouchers too. Tesco should keep Cosmos as a reward partner for good,, maybe doing 4x the voucher like they used to would be more beneficial to all. Or increase how much you can put against a holiday. £300 is a little small if you want to go long haul. Something to bear in mind. Booked to go back to Turkey , hotel described as quiet and tranquil,we booked early to get a great choice. However it was the noisiest place we have ever been. It took 24 hoursto get a rep out to see us and agree we needed to move hotels, but we had to pay cash up front for the move, it took every penny we had. The new hotel was nice but on a steep hill, my husband fell and broke his foot. Once back home we complained to Cosmos, who gave a token refund, after many letters we got the extra we had paid back and no apology for the misrespresentation of the first hotel. Very sad that Virgin will not be doing Tesco Vouchers as that experience twice was awesome and well worth, very proffessional always, unlike COSMOS !!!!!!Date used : 20/06/2012

booked over 6 months ago,today 2nd sept just been emailed to say we cannot go to accomadation booked, we have been offered another one of same banding,which is not what we would of chosen,as lively and larger.. to change to another of same banding which was more in line with what we chose cosmos wish to charge us more!...Cosmos were not helpfull and just insist it is not their fault,at this late stage to re book with another company is probably more hassle than its worth, have used for this before and well travelled and used to what you get etc but found their attitude completely not good..a refund was offered but i do feel they could of been a bit more customer friendly at this late stage ...would not do again as i wish to go where i book to go or at least not be treated as though i should lump it go else where...which it will be nxt time !!well done cosmosDate used : 02/09/2013

Have just booked a late deal to Corfu, the holiday ended up costing us a very minimal amount after we used our allowance of £300 each. Cannot fault it. Have used vouchers twice before to book holidays with Cosmos, this time it was far easier as we were able to book online and input the voucher details immediately. I was extremely disappointed in Cosmos to find that, by using the Tesco/Cosmos website, my Tesco vouchers of £600 were only going to in fact save me £30, when compared to booking direct with Cosmos on their own website!! I therefore booked direct with Cosmos and will use my vouchers elsewhere. I think that Cosmos are cheating Tesco's loyal customers and that Tesco's should be looking after us better by removing Cosmos as one of their deal partners.

We went to Turkey, earlier this year, with Cosmos/Monarch. The Hotel was great, we had ordered a full sea view, and were given a side sea view. So next morning went to reception, they said speak with the Rep, so we did, Wow, not only did they give a full refund for the difference in room cost,s, but gave the whole party a free day trip. No questions asked, it was done and dusted within second's The rep was first class with all her information, Would book with them again. Not telling the hotel name, as you will all want to go. Thought this was a great offer, found a villa and flights on Comos website and was happy to book. When I went to the comos/tesco website the said holiday was £600 more expensive! Have experienced this before booking hotel rooms and it appears companies want to give you their highest prices for using clubcard tokens. Sadly to say we cancelled the booking and went elsewhere. No longer very good value as you can only use £300 per person at FULL brochure rates - so your saving is only £200 pp !!! We have found it is often cheaper to book at internet prices especailly if you can go as a late booking as the per person saving can be better or equal to the £200 - far batter to use the vouchers saved for the holiday on other treats/days out ie Lego land or restarant vouchers which are a real saving, Cosmos voucherscan work but you have to be careful and weigh up all angles,

Never in my life have I received better service! Booked holiday yesterday using my Tesco vouchers; today, my other half goes into work to be told that he's being sent abroad to work and won't be back for said holiday..... panic stations! Frantic phone call to Catherine at Cosmos and it's all sorted: date changed, holiday saved. I really cannot praise her highly enough, she was calm, efficient and reassuring. Just what I needed. Now to look forward to our week in Rome. Thank you Cosmos.

After two years of taking up this offer to book successive seven day family holidays for seven that proved to be a huge success, we once again saved up our clubcard vouchers for this year's jolly jaunt abroad. After following the same booking procedure of previous years and transferring our clubcard tokens to Cosmos vouchers we were informed that our clubcard code could not be used against our holiday. We are left with many hundreds of pounds worth of Cosmos travel tokens that we are reluctant to spend on a future Cosmos holiday because of the service we have received over this booking. Take care when booking online, the slightest mistake will prove costly and don't expect any compassion from Cosmos. Will contact Tesco Clubcard tomorrow to explain situation and convert travel tokens back to clubcard tokens to spend somewhere other than Cosmos. Cosmos Holiday Deals are one reason why I shop at Tesco. We have had two fantastic holidays with Cosmos; Sorrento and Malta. Well organised, great value holidays with no hitches whatsoever. Staff at Cosmos are polite, helpful and friendly. Flights perfect, taxi transfer good, hotels superb, in fact everything very well organised. We were treated as first class customers! Will use Cosmos and Tesco deals again.......the only problem is choosing where to go! The first time we used the vouchers we paid for the majority of the holiday with them, but now we are restricted to £300 per person, still a good deal though!Date used : 10/10/2012

I have used my coupons for several holidays and have never been disappointed. No problems with receiving tokens or booking with Cosmos. Everyone very helpful. Have recommended to several friends and family who have all used the offer since and been very pleased. Only disappointment is that you now only get 3 times rather than 4 times value (which I got with my first holidays) and that Cosmos now limit the use to £300 per person. Well worth the choice.
