E.ON and Clubcard have teamed up to offer Clubcard customers the opportunity to pay for their energy using their Clubcard vouchers. And every £10 in Clubcard vouchers will get you £15 off your E.ON energy bill.

This offer excludes customers on E.ON’s StayWarm, WarmAssist Fixed, Age UK tariffs (including Age UK prepayment), SaveOnline tariffs, E.ON EnergyProtect tariffs. Please note: You can no longer redeem your Clubcard vouchers if you are on E.ON’s SaveOnline tariff.

How this reward works...

This reward is “buy in full” – simply exchange your Clubcard vouchers to buy this reward in full.

It’s quick and easy. Follow these steps:

1. Choose how much in Clubcard vouchers you’d like to exchange, on the right, and then click ‘add to basket’.

- Any change from your vouchers will be credited to your Clubcard Account.

2. We’ll e-mail you token codes worth 1.5 x the face value of your Tesco Clubcard vouchers to your Tesco.com e-mail address within 24 hours.

- A valid email address is required when ordering as we will contact you on this email address. To ensure that your Tesco emails get to your inbox, please add DO.NOT.REPLY@tescofreetime.com to your email Address Book or Safe List.

3. Visit www.eonenergy.com/tescorewards and log in to your energy account if you manage your account online. If you don’t have an online energy account, you can still redeem your rewards online by following the on screen instructions. You’ll just need your postcode and account number, and your token code. All tokens are valid for six months from order date.

4. For credit meter customers: E.ON will credit your E.ON account and the payment will appear on your next bill. It is not necessary to register your Tesco Clubcard with E.ON in order to redeem token codes against your energy bill. For prepayment customers: Eon will send you an energy voucher(s) by post; usually between 5-7 working days. Simply take the voucher to a PayPoint outlet and this credit will be applied to your prepayment meter. This payment will show on your next statement as ‘Payment’ after you have used your voucher at your nearest PayPoint outlet. If you receive your statement within 7 days of redeeming your voucher at PayPoint it may not show until your next statement.

Things to remember...

• Clubcard vouchers are not accepted by suppliers; you must exchange them for reward token codes.

• Reward tokens are not transferable.

1. You must be an E.ON customer

2. You are unable to redeem e- tokens towards your E.ON energy bill if:

You are on any Age UK Product (including Age UK Prepayment), E.ON StayWarm, E.ON WarmAssist Fixed, E.ON SaveOnline tariffs or E.ON EnergyProtect.

3. E-tokens cannot be redeemed against:

a) Energy supplies which are not live

b) Any business account

c) Energy accounts where we have received notification that you wish to leave E.ON for your energy supply

3. E.ON will accept valid Tesco Clubcard tokens as payment towards domestic energy bills.

4. E-tokens which have passed their expiry date will not be accepted.

5. If you manage your E.ON energy account online you can redeem your e-tokens by logging on to your account. If you do not manage your E.ON energy account online you may redeem your e-tokens by going to www.eonenergy.com/tescorewards and following the links.

7. If your E.ON account is registered to received Tesco Clubcard points against payments made no points will be awarded for any payments made with Tesco Clubcard e-tokens.

8. In order for your e-tokens to be redeemed against your energy account E.ON will share your personal information and relevant account details with Tesco for the purposes of administering the e-tokens.

9. E-Tokens will be applied to your nominated energy account within 72 hours for credit meter customers Prepayment metered customers will be sent a voucher in the post within 5-7 working days.

10. Payments made to E.ON using Tesco Clubcard tokens will not be refunded once redeemed with E.ON

You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for token codes, Clubcard vouchers will not be accepted by the supplier. Token codes are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode. All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the website. We’ll email your token codes to your Tesco.com email address within 24 hours.
