The Denby Pottery Visitor Centre offers a unique chance to experience the heritage of our British company. Our Visitor Centre offers a fun day out for all ages and combines over 200 years of history, craftsmanship and creativity. Facilities include a craftroom demonstration area, hands on activities, excellent shopping facilities and a superb restaurant.
Enjoy a day out for the family at the Denby Pottery Visitor Centre. Offer includes a 60 minute Craftroom Tour, paint, fire and keep a plate, lunch in Bourne’s Restaurant, opportunity to watch a free cookery demonstration twice daily and a 10% off voucher to spend in the Denby Home Store.

How it works
1. Simply select the amount of Clubcard vouchers you want to exchange using the basket on the right. Any change left over will go back into your Clubcard Account.
2. We’ll post your tokens and details on how to use them within 5 working days of your order being placed.

The fine print
• Denby Pottery Visitor Centre token cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion.
• A token is not a pre-booked ticket and is no guarantee of admission.
• Please note Tours are not available between 18 October 2013 and 09 February 2014.
Terms & Conditions
• Denby Pottery Visitor Centre token can be used once only and must be surrendered at the Tours Reception Desk.
• Denby Pottery Visitor Centre token cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion.
• Craftroom Tours are available daily at 11am, 12pm, 2pm and 3pm and are suitable for all ages and abilities.
• Painted Plates can be collected from the Tours Reception after firing, alternatively your plates can be posted out to you for a charge of £5 per address (please allow 4 weeks for delivery)
• Bourne’s Restaurant serves main meals 12pm to 3pm. The restaurant is self service and does not take reservations.
• Meal vouchers are valid for 2 x adult main meals
• Denby Visitor Centre & Restaurant opening hours 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sundays. (The Denby Home Store and Factory Shop is open 11am to 5pm Sundays)
• Your tokens should arrive within 5 working days of your order being placed Orders should be made at least 28 days before you intend to book with a supplier or visit a partner.
• Tokens are valid for 6 months from issue.
•You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for tokens, Clubcard vouchers will not be accepted by the supplier.
•Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode.
• All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the website.
• Unused, expired and redeemed tokens issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
