The Somme Heritage Centre an experience to remember. Travel back in time and relive the Battle of the Somme, as you walk along the trenches, look into no man's land and experience the sights and sounds of the battlefield.
What you get
At the Somme Heritage Centre experience the journey of a soldier through the First World War. Visit by guided tour the recruitment office, barn billet and finally the front line trenches. Surrounded by the noise of the tremendous artillery barrage, you can look across 'No Man's Land' with the troops, before they go 'over the top'. It's an experience to remember!
The Centre has an important and growing collection of First and Second World War artifacts. The Centre hosts a varied exhibition programme. Recent exhibitions include an exhibition commemorating the end of the war in Vietnam, and an exhibition on Tolkien and the Lord of the Rings.
Other facilities include a tea room, a gift shop with a large selection of books on military themes, and corporate facilities. The Centre has full disabled access.

How it works

• Tokens may be used against standard admission, but cannot be used for special events and/or shows, group bookings, season tickets or annual memberships.
• A tokens is not a pre-booked ticket.
• Tokens cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion.
• Your token(s) should arrive within 5 working days.
• Orders should be made at least 28 days before you intend to book with a supplier or visit a partner.
• Tokens are valid for 6 months from issue.
•You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for tokens, Clubcard vouchers will not be accepted by the supplier.
•Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode.
• All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the website.
• Unused, expired and redeemed tokens issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
