Smith & Jones pubs always offer quality good food with variety of selections with traditional and non-traditional pub food options. There are also selections for vegetarians. I took my family to the one near Derby and am very pleased with the service. The staff are so friendly and that makes a lot of difference. Would highly recommend Smith & Jones to anyone. The food was ok but the service at The Engine Room in Leek was awful. Nearly 2 hours and only had main course. Pub was virtually empty so no excuse. Had to have our dessert as take away due to car park ticket nearly out.Never before ate my dessert out of a bucket (its all they could find) in a carpark due to awful lazy service!! Have complained to company & hope they sort it out.

always found this pub chain good to have good service and ok menu , always have a pudding cookie cups n ice cream are to die for !

We do not eat out much getting Tesco voucher and then swapping for smith and jones food vouchers is great no excuse not to have a nice meal out

• Smith and Jones Pubs tokens can be used as full or part payment for food only (Smith and Jones Pubs tokens cannot be used to purchase drinks, merchandise, gift cards or towards promotional and set menus) you can top them up with cash, no change is given from Smith and Jones Pubs tokens and they cannot be used for a tip.
• Maximum of 8 guests per party.
• Tokens are valid for 6 months from issue.
•You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for tokens, Clubcard vouchers will not be accepted by the supplier.
•Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode.
• All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the website.
• Unused, expired and redeemed tokens issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
