Abbotsbury Farm will enchant young children for hours, so taking your kids here is a must if they're fans of interacting with farmyard animals. You can do it all for less when you exchange Clubcard vouchers.
For every £2.50 in vouchers exchanged, you'll get £10 back in tokens to put towards your day at the farm. From donkeys to guinea pigs, there's a veritable mass of animals at Abbotsbury that appeal to kids of all ages.
From the play area to goat racing, a budgie aviary and a collection of toy tractors, there's so much more besides just handling the animals here. The Great Barn is always a huge hit with its wonderful soft play area, slides and ball pool. It's also an education for adults and kids alike thanks to the cinematic presentation of Isaac Gulliver, Abbotsbury's infamous 16th Century smuggler.

- Lovely Little FarmBy mando09 April 2015aged 35 to 44Female
Great place for young kiddies. My boys loved it especially the indoor play area. We took our own picnic. The only thing I would say is the cafe is a little over priced for cake £2.95 for a chocolate brownie or small cake. :-/ but apart from that all good.Date used : 03/04/2015

We visited abbotsbury childrens farm last year whilst on holiday at weymouth. We had a fantastic time, my 2 children enjoyed seeing all the animals, the pony ride, holding the guinea pigs and playing in the massive play barn. We enjoyed it so much we are planning on using our clubcard points to get free entry again this year. Well worth a visit especially with young children.Date used : 17/06/2014
- Pleasant Experience but Quite ExpensiveBy KatieJ20524 June 2014aged 35 to 44Female
Abbotsbury Farm is not bad value if you use your Tesco boosted vouchers however full price entry for an adult when most experiences are aimed at the children seems pretty expensive. The staff are lovely, the play barn is excellent and seemed really well kept/clean (don't forget to take socks!), the animals looked well cared for but are in quite small enclosures, there was an area where the kids could play with water so I'd recommend taking a towel or change of clothes. Pony rides cost extra. You have the opportunity to interact with some of the animals such as guinea pigs. The cafe came as a disappointment as the food we purchased was very average and expensive - a fish finger sandwich (Bird's Eye style fish fingers on sliced white or brown) with chips came with no attempt at a garnish and if you wanted a side of peas or beans, it was enough extra to make me think I could buy an entire bag of peas for the price. The cakes looked nice but again expensive. My advice is to take a picnic, it's aimed at younger children and definitely use Tesco vouchers to get value for money.Date used : 24/06/2014
- Abbotsbury FarmBy paulina09 May 2014aged 55 to 64Female
Just visited the above Farm. Enjoyed the day very much. As well as the animals to see and hold etc, there is a very good indoor area with soft play for the children and table tennis for the Adults. There is a nice little cafe and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.Date used : 06/05/2014
- We love this placeBy Georgie01 August 2013aged 35 to 44Female
Every time we go to Weymouth for our holiday we visit Abbotsbury. It's a really nice day for the children. They spend the day holding Guinea Pigs, riding the pony. They even groomed the pony once. There is even a soft play, which is always good! Would strongly recommend. Excellent with Clubcard Vouchers!Date used : 01/05/2013
