2. We’ll send two emails to your Tesco.com email address. One will confirm your order. Another will contain your token codes and details on how to use them.

• Tokens cannot be redeemed against any items in the Entertainment, Electronics or Games Console category, Gift Experiences, Lego or any product on www.iwantoneofthosephotogifts.com.

• Only 1 token code can be used in a single transaction.
• In the event products are returned that have been purchased using a voucher the value of the return will be credited back in iwantoneofthose.com vouchers.
• In the event that the total value of the returned goods exceeds the value of the voucher then we will credit back the amount paid with a credit card first on to the card that the purchase was made with.
• The balance will be paid back with iwantoneofthose.com vouchers.
• If you are returning the whole order and you paid the delivery charge with a credit card this will be refunded to you on to the credit card that you paid with.
• This does not apply if you are part exchanging your order.

• Token codes are valid for 6 months from issue.
•You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for token codes, Clubcard vouchers will not be accepted by the supplier.
•Token codes are not transferable.

• Unused, expired and redeemed token codes issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
